Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any items, including handmade pieces, prints, and framed prints.
As a small business, each item is created and fulfilled with care and intention. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Prints & Framed Prints
All prints and framed prints are fulfilled through a trusted production partner and are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@goldenheirloom.co
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
Care & Handmade Disclaimer
Each piece is handmade and may include slight variations, textures, or natural imperfections. These details are part of the design and make every item unique.
To ensure the longevity of your piece:
- Handle with care
- Avoid excessive moisture (unless otherwise noted)
- Store in a safe, dry place
- Keep artwork and prints away from direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
Order Processing
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders are processed shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once placed.
